Strengthen, align, and energize with full-body reformer workouts.
At Be Pilates, train in a boutique setting with 10 Merrithew Reformers with tower and jumpboard designed for dynamic group classes.
At Be Studios’ Focus Room, enjoy a more specialized, semi-private experience on four Balanced Body Reformers with tower, jumpboard and chair.
For one-on-one attention, our private room with Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac offers the ultimate personalized session.

Reformer Pilates (Be Pilates & FOCUS Room)



An aerial workout using hammocks with integrated handles for suspension-based training. Expect functional strength, spinal decompression, and a playful, gravity-defying movement experience.

Bodyflying

Microformer classes are designed to strengthen and tone through full-body workouts. Using the Lagree Microformer -a compact version of the Megaformer- sessions deliver a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines controlled movements, cardio bursts, and can also be paired with mat work and free weights. It’s an effective way to push your limits while being gentle on the joints.

Microformer

A fun, beat-driven fusion of Pilates, dance, and yoga-inspired moves. Small, controlled movements target core, glutes, arms, and legs, sculpting lean muscles while keeping energy high.

Barre

A classic floor-based Pilates practice that builds deep core strength and flexibility. With or without props, it promotes posture, spinal health, and long, lean muscle tone.

Mat Pilates

Our yoga classes are built around breath and flow, combining strength, flexibility, and balance in every class. From energizing Vinyasa sequences to the dynamic Baby Rocket style, each session is designed to challenge the body while calming the mind. Suitable for all levels, yoga at Be offers a space to reset, refocus, and move with intention.

  • Claudia
    Studio Manager & Instructor
    Claudia is the Studio Manager at Be Pilates and Be Studios, as well as a fully certified Pilates Instructor (Pilates Network Italy) specializing in postural rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal Pilates, and Pilates for athletes, dancers, and seniors.
    Originally from Rome, Italy, Claudia began her movement journey as a ballet dancer at the age of six and later pursued a career as a professional dancer and theatre performer, a foundation that infuses her classes with grace, precision, and artistry.
    With more than 14 years of experience, she has taught internationally in leading studios across Italy and Dubai before settling in Qatar, where she leads Be Pilates and Be Studios with passion and excellence. She is also certified in Gyrotonic and BootyBarre, and serves as a Master Trainer for Stark BodyFlying, her signature class at Be Studios.
    Dedicated and detail-oriented, Claudia blends her extensive dance and Pilates background to guide clients toward strength, balance, and mindful movement.
  • Anastasia
    Instructor
    Anastasia began dancing at the age of three, and since then, movement has become her most natural language. After years of study and dedication, she graduated from the Liceo Coreutico, where she deepened her understanding of the body and its ability to express through movement.
    Her passion for dance led her to train at renowned academies across Italy and abroad - from New York to Sydney, and throughout Europe - experiences that shaped her artistry and expanded her creative vision.
    Over time, Anastasia discovered Pilates, where she found a deeper and more mindful connection with movement. She is certified in MET Pilates and Reformer Pilates, and later obtained her certification in Microformer with Lagree.
    For Anastasia, movement is more than practice -  it is a journey of balance, awareness, and freedom.
  • Megan
    Instructor
    Megan is a fully certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Lagree Instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for three years and has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
    She obtained her Pilates certification through Balanced Body. Originally from the UK, Megan holds an honors degree in Sport Psychology and spent eight years in Kuwait working in one of the country’s top-rated gyms and Pilates studios.
    In 2025, she moved to Qatar to further elevate her Pilates career. Her deep understanding of movement and biomechanics allows her to incorporate the most up-to-date exercise science into her sessions - helping clients move more intelligently, build strength, and promote long-term body awareness and healing.
  • Fernanda
    Instructor
    With a strong foundation in Yoga, Barre, Reformer Pilates, and Lagree fitness, Fernanda brings over a decade of experience to her teaching.

    Her passion lies in using movement as medicine, helping clients move pain-free, build strength, and gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies. Fernanda specializes in pre- and postnatal support and takes a thoughtful, informed approach to every class she leads.
  • Ghazal
    Instructor
    Movement has always been a defining part of Ghazal’s life. She began teaching yoga in 2015, deepening her connection to the mind-body relationship, and has since earned certifications in Barre (2020), Reformer Pilates (2024), and Lagree (2025).
    For Ghazal, movement is more than physical fitness - it’s a tool for mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being. Guided by her favorite quote, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you,” she brings determination and inspiration into every class.
    Her adventurous spirit once led her to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in 2017, and she channels that same mindset into her teaching - creating empowering classes that motivate clients to push their limits and move with purpose.
  • Sanela
    Instructor
    Sanela is a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and Classical Pilates Teacher (Romana Kryzanowska lineage), devoted to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies at every stage of life.
    Her teaching seamlessly blends the precision of classical Pilates with the science of modern movement. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Human Movement Specialist (Brookbush Institute), Perinatal Pilates Specialist, certified Doula, and Special Needs Trainer.
    This diverse background enables Sanela to work with a wide range of clients - from prenatal and postpartum individuals to those navigating complex movement challenges. At the heart of her teaching is a belief in intelligent, compassionate, and intentional movement. Whether recovering from injury, entering motherhood, or simply seeking mindful strength, Sanela offers expert guidance with warmth, clarity, and care.
  • Rosanni
    Instructor
    Rosanni is a Fitness trainer and Pilates instructor from Venezuela. Over the years she has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through tailored Pilates sessions.

    She is also a Certified nutrition coach and Lagree instructor. With a passion for movement and wellbeing she brings her own unique style to every session.
