Reformer Pilates (Be Pilates & FOCUS Room)
    
   An aerial workout using hammocks with integrated handles for suspension-based training. Expect functional strength, spinal decompression, and a playful, gravity-defying movement experience.
    
Bodyflying
   Microformer classes are designed to strengthen and tone through full-body workouts. Using the Lagree Microformer -a compact version of the Megaformer- sessions deliver a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines controlled movements, cardio bursts, and can also be paired with mat work and free weights. It’s an effective way to push your limits while being gentle on the joints.
    
Microformer
   A fun, beat-driven fusion of Pilates, dance, and yoga-inspired moves. Small, controlled movements target core, glutes, arms, and legs, sculpting lean muscles while keeping energy high.
    
Barre
   A classic floor-based Pilates practice that builds deep core strength and flexibility. With or without props, it promotes posture, spinal health, and long, lean muscle tone.
    
Mat Pilates
   Our yoga classes are built around breath and flow, combining strength, flexibility, and balance in every class. From energizing Vinyasa sequences to the dynamic Baby Rocket style, each session is designed to challenge the body while calming the mind.
