With a focus on controlled movements and proper alignment, this class provides a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Core and Posture: This distinctive class is part muscle toning and part muscle lengthening by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It is designed to sculpt and tone your body using props and weights helping you achieve a leaner and more defined physique.
Reformer X Barre: This class is a fusion of Reformer and barre workout incorporating elements of dance and Pilates to create a fun-filled workout that strengthens the body, improves balance, posture and flexibility while increasing your heart rate.
Stretch & Flow: This class is meticulously designed to promote deep muscle stretching, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body mobility guided by the resistance and support of the Reformer. Experience a rejuvenating workout that not only strengthens your core but also leaves you feeling relaxed and centered.
